So, this is it. It makes me really sad to say this, but my first employer, the one that taught me everything I know about coffee, professionalism and work in the real world, cannot follow me where I am going. I am quitting on Friday. Jackson Java, I will miss you. You have been such a huge part of my life for the last four years. I wish you the best of luck, and hope you continue to strive for nothing but the best coffee and continue to stand as the gold standard to all other coffee shops in the Jackson area.
